Tic tac toe is the story of a unique friendship that brews between two women who have severe communication issues and embark on a journey to befriend someone, without ever having to communicate with them. A random game of tic tac toe drawn on the artistic walls of Delhi marks an end to their search. They never meet or speak to each other but end up having a deep friendship and a sense of understanding- all by just playing the game of tic tac toe every day and exchanging sticky notes!
